Profile :1. Scope of Responsibilities
Assist the Recruitment Coordinator in overall recruitment processes ranging from CV sourcing to the final selection of candidate.
2. Primary Duties
Identify suitable and qualified applications through various sources including web based job sites, local and international manpower service providers, staff referrals, advertisements etc.
Conduct preliminary screening interviews of candidates, check references and background, assess and evaluate applicants qualifications.
Coordinate second and third level interviews with technical and/or department representatives. Coordinate with the various departments and site on recruitment schedules. Follow-up on interview process to final selection of candidate.
Discuss salary and benefit details with the candidates, obtain candidates acceptance of compensation package and general employment terms and conditions. Respond to employment queries, update recruitment schedules and lists as required.
Inform the candidates on all recruitment procedures and schedules.
Over see the pre-employment medical formalities for all the new recruits in coordination with the Recruitment Assistants.
Obtain the necessary recruitment approvals and other internal documentation required for recruitment authorization.
Administer and ensure completion of recruitment forms by candidate. Review candidate files for document completeness, identify and obtain missing documents. Ensure all hard copy documents are uploaded to HRMS system.
Follow up with respective departments on mobilization.
Perform other tasks as required
