CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Location : Bangalore

Salary : Rs. 6,000/- to Rs.7,500/- (plus incentives)
Job Description:
• Interact with customers & responsible for customer service and sales
• Follow the instructions/advice of the Franchise Owner in executing responsibilities
• Understand the store’s systems & policies and communicate the same effectively to the customers when required
• Ensure upkeep of the office reception area
• Be courteous and helpful to the customers at all times and ensure all customer complaints are handled swiftly and to the customer’s satisfaction
• Follow up and recovery from credit customers
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
• The candidate must possess a pleasing personality
• Good communication skills & convincing abilities
• 1 year exp in Sales in FMCG, IT/Office Automation/Telecom Industry or worked in Retail industry in any format i.e. departmental store, stationery & gifts store would be ideal

• Achieve sales targets assigned by the Franchise Owner
• Drive sales and repeat business
• Make Sales calls in the area assigned

• Graduate

• Good communication skills and convincing abilities
