Job detail in brief,
1. Responsible for sales, collections, promotion activities, dealer support and complete operation of designated region.
2. Coordinate and assist in Promotional and Marketing activities, Launch Programs, Customer Programs/ Doctor’s & Audiologist’s seminars and conferences as and when needed to promote the products.
3. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
4. Responsible for the performance and development of the team.
5. Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
6. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
7. Conduct review with all territory managers to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales activity & performance.
8. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
9. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
10. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales team.
