Profile :1) Execute, monitor, maintain records & review the entire Key Accounts and follow up with all sales offices.
2) Reconciliation of Inter segmental accounts and Sales realization of all Sales Offices.
3) Effective Coordination in Finalization of Terms of Trade/agreements with Key accounts.
4) Export Sales and documentation.
Profile :
Create awareness among potential customers on the various products and services
Initiate contractual agreements with customers
Negotiate price and service levels with customers
Coordinate various activities to ensure high level of customer service
Coordinate with Commercial for billing and collections
Ensure collections are made within payment schedule
Conduct regular meetings and follow up with customers
Profile :Achieve sales targets through new accounts acquisition (visiting market) and driving RS system.
Analyze how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service for his customers.

Brief your franchisee BDE’s to achieve activation targets and also their primary and secondary targets.
Ensure that all the orders procured are supplied on time
Review the working efficiency of your franchisee BDE’s on daily and weekly basis
Send your market working report daily to your BDM along with market feed back if any.
Review your daily sales progress with your BDM
Attend all the review meeting and training program to up-grade your knowledge and skills
Maintain and develop good business relationship with the key accounts and also with the Franchisee. This will help you in conducting your business smoothly.
Agree with franchisee on credit limits and periods account wise and implement the same.
Co-ordinate with the franchisee team and implement the entire marketing plan perfectly
Submit your travel expenses on time as per agreed dates
